About Dr. Aidan Buckley

Background and Education:

Dr. Aidan Buckley’s journey began in the field of aerospace engineering, contributing to Sikorsky’s Blackhawk program after his studies at Villanova University. While the challenges of aerospace were fulfilling, Dr. Buckley discovered his true calling lay elsewhere. Fueled by a desire to make a profound impact on people’s lives, he pursued a new path, graduating magnum cum laude from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the University of Bridgeport.

Areas of Specialization:

Dr. Buckley’s expertise encompasses sports medicine, rehabilitation, and manual therapy. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, he brings a unique perspective to the intersection of chiropractic care and nutritional wellness.

Continuous Learning and Certification:

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Buckley has pursued additional certifications, including Rock Tape kinesiotaping, SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), and full body certification in Active Release Techniques. These certifications reflect his dedication to staying at the forefront of sports medicine advancements.

Philosophy and Approach:

Having experienced the demands of a student athlete himself, Dr. Buckley understands the importance of meeting individuals “where they’re at.” His approach focuses on identifying and correcting the root causes of dysfunction to empower patients not only to recover but also enhance their performance. Dr. Buckley is passionate about education, providing patients with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health journey.

Beyond the Office:

Outside the realm of sports medicine, Dr. Aidan Buckley has diverse interests and hobbies. On weekends, you might find him on the pickleball court, engaging in trivia night fun, or even diving into a mosh pit. He also cheers for the New York Mets and has recently picked up golf but is still deciding how much he really enjoys these things.
